These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of globalmarketingsolutions.online and to enquiries, quotations and orders placed with Global Marketing Solutions, Ground Floor, 1-46/2, Jayanagar Colony, Jaya Nagar, Sai Nagar Panchayat, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh – 517501. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and information
- We supply electrical products and building materials including KEI wires & cables, Legrand switches, MCBs, distribution boards and accessories, and Birla White products.
- Product images are for representation only. Specifications, sizes, colours and packaging are as per the manufacturer and may change without notice.
- Brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the products we supply.
- Some products, such as Birla White PreCote, are supplied for project purposes only.
3. Quotations and pricing
- Prices are shared on enquiry and depend on quantity, billing type and stock availability.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or until stock lasts. Manufacturer price revisions may change a quotation that has not yet been confirmed.
- GST and other applicable taxes are charged as per law.
4. Orders, billing and payment
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it and agree on price, quantity, billing and payment terms with you.
- Available billing options include GMS own billing, third-party billing, retail billing and third-party bulk billing, subject to eligibility and documentation.
- Payment terms are as agreed at the time of order. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
5. Pickup and delivery
Goods may be collected from our Tirupati premises or dispatched as agreed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock, transport or other factors beyond our control. Please check goods at the time of delivery and report any shortage or visible damage immediately.
6. Returns and warranty
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only as agreed at the time of sale, for unused goods in original, undamaged packaging with the invoice.
- Cut lengths of wire or cable, opened building materials and special-order items cannot be returned.
- Manufacturer warranties apply as per each brand's warranty terms. We will help you raise warranty claims with the manufacturer.
7. Calls, SMS and email communications
By ticking the consent box on our enquiry form, you agree to receive calls, SMS messages and emails from Global Marketing Solutions about your enquiry, quotes and services at the number and email you provided.
